Get Your Vitamin Here!


What do you do with two ripe pineapples? 

Let me give you a couple of ideas. If you have some time to spare, made some homemade pineapple jam. Or if you're pressing for time and don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, make this easy and refreshing drink!



It has been our favorite drink to make whenever we had a pineapple or two to spare. I bet it's good for health too since pineapple's also packed with vitamin C. The drink is lightly sweetened so you don't have to worry about it contained too much calorie. Plus, it tasted better than those sugar-loaded, bottled ones!

Refreshing Pineapple Drink:
Makes more than enough for 4! 

4 cups cubed pineapple
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp cloves 
8 cups water

  1. Put all ingredients in one big pot. Cook over medium-high heat until boiling. You can add more sugar if you like a sweeter drink
  2. To serve: ladle some of the cubed pineapples into a cup. Top with the warm water


P/s: 
Store leftovers in refrigerator. It tasted good cold too!
