No Holding Back!


We are going ice cream crazy in the house! They said that THIS is the best ever. Better than the others I've made. I've got to agree. It was far creamier and smoother in texture. And thanks to the 'secret ingredient', we might as well have a new FAVORITE! 


Ice cream anyone? ^_^


Cream Cheese Ice Cream

2 cups whipping cream
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
50 g cream cheese (softened)

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the softened cream cheese until satiny smooth. Add whipping cream + evaporated milk + sugar + vanilla. Whip them all together until well mix. Freeze in for 1 to 2 hours
  2. After 2 hours, the mixture will slightly harden. Use an electric mixer to crush the ice crystal until the harden ice cream mixture turn soft and creamy. return to freezer again to freeze again the second time
  3. Repeat step 2. Whip the cold creamy mixture until the volume increase slightly, then transfer into covered container. Freeze at least 4 hours to harden completely or overnight. Enjoy with chocolate, berry or any ice cream topping of your choice! ^_^

*P/s : We have ours sprinkled with rainbow colored jimmies!
